Return Policy

Return Requirements: Products must be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt of purchase. Items returned late will not be refunded, credited, or exchanged.

Products must be in original and unworn condition. We recommend trying your shoes on indoors initially as we cannot refund or exchange products that have been used, worn, soiled, altered, modified, or damaged. We also cannot accept returns for products without original insoles, laces, or parts. If you choose to complete your return another way, return shipping costs will be at your expense. Propét is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, or personal items shipped to us in error.

Refunds: Once we receive your merchandise, it will be inspected per your reason for return. If your return is accepted, your account will be credited. In general, allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to be credited to your monthly statement.
